Francesca Galante

Francesca has over 20 years of real estate experience in both Europe and North America. Francesca has provided senior, mezzanine debt and equity investment capital and advisory on real estate transactions in office, hotel, residential and industrial asset classes for transactions in excess of €11.6bn. Francesca focused on all elements on property transactions up and down the capital structure. Prior to co-founding First Growth, Francesca held the previous positions:

• Executive Director for UBS Investment Bank, where she was one of the first members of real estate principal finance group in Europe, working with Cyril
• Associate at Soros Real Estate Partners and was seconded to Soros portfolio company, Ian Schrager Hotels as Vice President
• Analyst at Merrill Lynch International

Francesca also serves as an independent non-executive director of Hong Kong based and Nasdaq listed Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd, a leading developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia. Francesca graduated from Université Paris IX Dauphine (Master Degree in Management) and from ESCP Paris she received a Master in Finance. Francesca is an Italian national, is trilingual (English, Italian, and French).
